Humble ISD substitute teacher forces soap into mouth of 13-year-old Cambridge School student with Down syndrome, mom says

The district reported the incident to Child Protective Services and Humble ISD Police are investigating. Humble ISD also mentioned that the substitute teacher was experienced. The mother is dissatisfied with the school’s protection of her child and wants better care for her daughter.

Harris County May 4 Uniform Election results: Voters select three appointees on the county appraisal board after polls close
