Houston baby found: Police seeking information after infant between 6 months to 1 year old discovered in car seat outside home

SUMMARY: Houston police are investigating after a baby boy, approximately six months to a year old, was found alone in a car seat on Winthrop Lane in southeast Houston. The child, who has two bottom teeth, was wearing a white and blue striped shirt and blue pants. Authorities are seeking information on the baby’s identity and possible connections to the house where he was found. The HPD Special Victims Division can be contacted at 713-830-3265 with any information about the case.
