SUMMARY: Relatives of one of two victims of a teenager wanted for separate Dallas murders are speaking out. Dallas Police seek public assistance to locate 17-year-old Pablo Valise, accused of killing a 16-year-old boy on May 2nd and 27-year-old Azo Jones on December 11th, both in Pleasant Grove.
