www.youtube.com – FOX 4 Dallas-Fort Worth – 2024-06-13 22:11:29

SUMMARY: The family of Doyle Tipton, a registered sex offender, reveals he falsely used their address despite not living there. Tipton, a registered sex offender since 2011 for a prior assault, now faces new charges for kidnapping and sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl in Mesquite, Texas. He allegedly forced the girl into lewd acts in his van before she escaped. Neighbors were unaware of Tipton's status as a sex offender because he falsely registered his address. Tipton actually resided two blocks away from where the kidnapping occurred. Local law enforcement agencies, along with Texas DPS, were misled by his false registration, raising concerns about monitoring effectiveness.

The sex offender was living two blocks away from where he allegedly kidnapped the girl in Mesquite. The thing is no one in that community knew he was a sex offender because he appears to have been lying to law enforcement about his real address.
