SUMMARY: Many tech companies are using the sparkle emoji to signify artificial intelligence (AI) in their products. This trend, which began around 2018, is seen in companies like Google, Spotify, Adobe, OpenAI, and Zoom. Rahimi, a significant test since the court's 2022 decision that expanded gun rights. The 1994 federal statute mandates that restraining orders be reported to the national background check system to prevent firearm sales to those posing threats.
