Luxury vehicle theft spree: Authorities searching for culprits who stole 3 high-dollar vehicles on one night in Deer Park

SUMMARY: A series of high-dollar vehicle thefts in Deer Park, Texas has left police and residents puzzled. Three vehicles were stolen from different homes, including a customized Chevrolet Camaro, a Chevrolet Silverado High Country, and a pickup truck. The thieves managed to take the vehicles even though they were locked and in some cases, the owners had the keys. Surveillance footage showed the thieves breaking into a car, but it is unclear how they were able to start the vehicles. One resident found a suspicious device on his lawn, which he turned over to the police. Police believe the same individuals are behind all three thefts.

Houston Saturday shootings: 6 separate incidents claim 3 lives, injure 6 in violent overnight

SUMMARY: Nine people were shot in six separate incidents overnight in Harris County and Houston, resulting in three deaths. The shootings occurred over five hours, with one incident involving a shootout after a car crash, resulting in a 16-year-old bystander being shot. Another incident involved a juvenile being killed and another hospitalized at an apartment complex. A fatal shooting also occurred in a gas station parking lot and at an apartment complex following a fight between a pizza delivery driver and a resident.
